Thinking about it, if you went ahead and helped Dad, would Derek have said anything? And would Dad have yelled at you? And would you have been angry with both of them (because they yelled at you)? Nope. So, for future reference, next time you're asked to do something, just do it instead of complaining and bitching about it and starting a pointless fight (because you know both Dad and Derek are as immature as you tend to be, and the three of you will blow everything out of proportion).
