And that you can no longer get rid of a refrigerator or air conditioner without first disposing of the freon (the substance that creates CFCs). Of course they don't tell you how to dispose of the chemicals, so most of them end up being spilled because people don't know how to dispose of them, or because it costs so much.... did you know that hair spray and other aerosol sprays did and some still do contain CFC’s?
